Despite 17 years of education,  I realized that all my striving had landed me in a stressful, unfulfilling and thankless job. Achievement didn't lead to self-fullfilment.  I listened to my intuition and I took a leap of faith to leave my "cushy & safe" job, to start my own practice and my entrepreneurial journey began.

I struggled and strived, and spent a few years making mistakes, losing time, money & energy. Eventually, I  built a thriving multi 6-Figure Integrative Wellness Center. 

 A serious injury forced me to stop, and reflect deeply, realizing that while I was successful, I created another "treadmill" for myself. So...I changed things up. I also became more humble, I learned to ask for help! I hired coaches & started investing in myself & my business. Best decision I ever made! 

I am an ever-evolving human being,  I am an author, healer, teacher, artist, dancer, yogi, avid reader, meditator, explorer, and aerial dancer. I am highly intuitive and highly sensitive. I am a mover and a shaker, curious beyond belief, courageous & willful, and full of reverence and love for people.
