• Two Live 3-Day Retreats and Masterminds: where we will get a chance to meet in person. Do deep hot-seats, focus on skyrocketing your business, your mindset and how to expand yourself so you can BE the leader you want to become. These are interactive, transformational and fun!

• Accountability & Support: You will be paired with an accountability buddy so you are both supporting and keeping each other accountable. In addition, you will be asked to share your goals with the entire group so that you can also be excited and have a greater degree of accountability. 

• Integration Calls: Every month or two we will do integration calls, where we will get togehter to "get shit done". We will do focused work and keep each other accountable. It's amazing how much we get done when we have social accountability in this way!

• Individual Coaching: Depending on the level of support you choose you will get either 4 individual sessions, or you can use it as a 1/2 day VIP. If you choose the higher level of support you have A LOT more access to me individually to coach you, support you and keep you moving forward, so you don't ever lose momentum!

• Access to a Private Community; You will have access to a private community where you can post questions, ask for feedback, share your progress and successes, and have unlimited access to each others' expertise and support. The more you put in the more you get out.

I'll share a little personal story... I've been a lone wolf, for...as long as I can remember. I didn't even like group projects in school. So, the idea of joining a mastermind was the furthest from my mind. I just worked hard in my little "mole hole", but then I was making lots of mistakes, spinning my wheels, literally throwing money away on things that weren't working, and I got very burnt out. 

We were in the middle of a 1/2 Million Remodel for our Wellness Center and I was doing  A LOT (literally managing 3 businesses). Then my husband quit his job. I was delighted because it was putting his life and health in danger big time; but it also meant we lost 80K in income and our health insurance. 

We were looking at paying $1000 in health insurance a month. Then I heard about this mastermind, and by all external circumstances, it felt like the worst possible time to join.
