Your intuition is your most powerful skill, your GPS (Personal Guidance System), and the most accurate guidance you will ever receive. 

Unfortunately, as Einstein once said "We have made the servant the master, and the master the servant" as he was referring to the relationship of intuition and cognition. 

We all have experienced deep intuitive prompts and guidance, yet often we are too quick to discredit it or to tack it to "just coincidence". But as you hone your intuitive skills, you start realizing that you enter something akin to the "twilight zone" where there are synchronicities all the time, and it is nearly impossible to tack guidance as "just coincidence".

Intuition is your most valuable super-power. It is your sense of "inner knowing" that doesn't come from the rational mind. It is a distinct sense of truth and innate wisdom, an inner sense, instinct, inner voice, spiritual guidance or gut instinct. It is your ability to tap into your sense of knowing that surpases the 5 senses. 

It has now been well established that we are energetic beings and that we are in fact multi-sensory beings. That intuition is not some special gift that some people have and others don't.

It is a God-given gift that we all possess. Sadly, our cultural upbringing has often been critical of these gifts and hence we have learned to either ignore it's messages or to disconnect from our inner source of guidance all together. 

This disconnection leads us to be making decisions solely with our minds, which bring a hugely imbalanced perspective. It has now been proven that both the heart and the gut possess almost as many synapses and neurons as our brain, yet it is still unclear exactly how the information is filtered in our bodies. 

Ultimately, our bodies are incredible tools for guidance IF we are open to listenting, if we can connect to them and we can learn to interpret the signals we receive and the ways in which we get guidance. 

There are multiple ways to access your intuition and inner guidance and the more channels you open, the more you are able to live in a state of balance, trust and high vibration. 

Learning to attune to these signals and this information can mean the difference between life and death. 

As Professionals, we are entrusted with healing, teaching and guiding hundreds of people. People who are struggling, who are at unrest and who feel confused by life circumstances. People who need guidance. 

The problem is that we have been socialized to believe that the "best guidance" comes from doctors and medical professionals. Which is of great danger. Both to the people and the medical professional. 

Why? Individuals are being told to ignore their own wisdom, their own body signals, in favor of a "medical professional", who may or may not have the right answer for that person. As medical professionals that puts tremendous pressure to know "the right thing to say, the right thing to do, and not to make any mistakes". And sadly, medical training, seldom trains professionals to tune into their bodies or use their intuition. 

It is all based on "hard science" that relies solely on cognitive information. So we have medical professionals who are either disconnected from their whole selves, trying to practice "science", or more intuitive and connected professionals who feel afraid and ashamed to bring their intuitive gifts into their treatment rooms for fear of being called a "quack". 

I think it is time, to bridge the gap and bring to bear ALL of our gifts. To empower our clients to tap into their own powerful source of guidance and to take ownership for their own health, and lives.
