Intuition is your most valuable super-power. It is your sense of "inner knowing" that doesn't come from the rational mind. It is a distinct sense of truth and innate wisdom, an inner sense, instinct, inner voice, spiritual guidance or gut instinct. It is your ability to tap into your sense of knowing that surpases the 5 senses. 

It has now been well established that we are energetic beings and that we are in fact multi-sensory beings. That intuition is not some special gift that some people have and others don't.

It is a Divine gift that we all possess. Sadly, our cultural upbringing has often been critical of these gifts and hence we have learned to either ignore it's messages or to disconnect from our inner source of guidance all together. 

This disconnection leads us to be making decisions solely with our minds, which bring a hugely imbalanced perspective. It has now been proven that both the heart and the gut possess almost as many synapses and neurons as our brain, AND possess a more reliable source of information, than the rational mind. 

The world is full of noise, chaos, fear & confusion. 

In fact, most of us are stuck in cycles of overwork, indecision and overwhelm that often lead to burnout.
